Redefining Excellence: Lessons from a Life of Learning and Leadership is the first book in The Ten C's Series. His larger body of work is built around one core belief. No single person can fix what's broken alone, but with the right framework, and in the hands of those willing to use it, the right team can actually make a difference.

Dr. DeJesus lives by the Ten C's of Core Values and is committed to inspiring others to redefine excellence.
